Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck334 ("ck334", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck334 website located at https://ck334.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through that website.

Account Registration

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one account with ck334. Operating duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where ck334 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold or forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawing funds until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck334 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck334 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which ck334 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ck334 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one business day. ck334 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods that are registered in your own name and that have been used to make a prior deposit. ck334 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ck334 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 ck334's Discretion

ck334 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. ck334's decision regarding any dispute related to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on ck334 are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all details of a bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. ck334 does not accept responsibility for any bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Void Bets

ck334 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, events cancelled prior to result, or where ck334 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of an event has been compromised. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. ck334 cannot be held responsible for delays in live data feeds that may result in bets being placed on the basis of outdated information. Bets placed after an event's conclusion, whether due to data latency or any other reason, will be voided.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day across all betting markets. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck334 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any technology to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

Termination

12.1 Termination by ck334

12.2 Termination by Player

Upon receiving a closure request, ck334 will process any pending withdrawals of verified balances and close the account. If your reason for closing the account is related to problem gambling, ck334 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply closing the account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all outstanding bets will be settled in the normal course. Confirmed winnings will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to completion of any required verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Amendments to These Terms

ck334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
